Grab your most favorite mask...
I used one by VIX as usual
add the paper and load the mask onto it
merge layers-group,visible only
add the frame -re size if you like
selection tool inside each section
modify selection by expanding by 4
invert and paste tube as new layer
re-size till your happy then choose move tool,arrange then press delete-selections none
masked layer helps fill in because we aren't adding
another paper.
add the elements and main tube.
I duplicated it and applied xero-emphasis on top copy
set to overlay and grey scaled bottom copy
add a shadow using lokas shadow maker
or one inside psp
