Open a large canvas-open rectangle frame
add the paper to be used,erase off parts overhanging.
add some elements inside frame
apply muras copies
setting as you like.

add two tubes of same artist
erase again overhang.
merge visible
apply the filters listed as you like
settings are mostly my playing around to suit me.
add text
duplicate and re-color
apply bright noise
add a shadow
