On a 650×250 image,add the wordart from kit
re-size it a bit and move it to the right
add the hat and place right
open the brown paper duplicate
close original and use your pallet tools
and fill a new layer from pattern-using the paper
from drop list
use selection tool-create a rectangle
duplicate paper layer
select invert and delete copy paper
it leaves a rect. layer
apply AAA frames border 5 matt 2
select none
copy paste as new image
rotate right 90
add the tube of choice
merge visible-set to soft light
re-paste as new layer onto tag.
arrange the flower to left
and pasted layer kinda center
merge visible and repeat AAA filter
repeat for avatar copying part of tag as av image
