and load the mask of choice.
open blue frame-selection inside,modify expand by 5
press invert then add a paper
re-size paper 80% then press delete.
keeping selected,add the wordart and repeat delete.
set layer to overlay
keep selected
add closeup or tube to be used.
apply xero-improver default
add your other elements
add your copyrights
type out text and select all-float-defloat
apply sbp aqua glitter
select none
add gradient glow and shadows
