As Always- make a new canvas
I used 800×800 and re-sized at end
before adding my © info
grab heart frame-add closeup
apply muras copies-wall paper default-tick fade out
now tap inside frame and modify selections
expand by 5 then invert
on tube layer press delete
selection none from top of psp
duplicate and apply xero-emphasis
then xero-radience
then set top to soft light
merge layers along with masked layer
add main tube-place left
add bow and re-sized heart over the center of bow
add a light shadow
and wordart
add name and copyrights
