sel. mod-sel. borders 6
invert-press delete sel. none
your border is made
paste another paper
and highlight border layer
then crop tool-last area in top of psp
so it crops to proper width
add the stamp frame
re-size as needed
move to left of main tag
image mirror
then move left again
sel. inside frame-mod expand by 4 invert
add tube closeup
arrange-press delete-select none
apply xero-emphasis-colors pink and yellow
set to max on top bar
apply-ok
duplicate-blur by 3
set to softlight
add the cupcake-baloon and any other ele.
add a glow to your text-shadow-lightly
add copyright save
