Tube used was Sarah’s Inspiration for this wonderful kit

On a 666×666 image,add the paper of choice-load mask
merge group then visible.
I used one by vix
I duplicated mask and desaturated one copy

mirrored it
then re-colored it to match the color from her hair
add the ghost,cupcake and main tube
add the tube closeup inside frame ,glitter paper
merge then rotate left all layers. then paste onto main tag.
apply a noise to parts of framed image,by using selection tool-wand.
add glow layer to main tube then apply noise
